The Princes Lubomirski Foundation supports and promotes modern eco-friendly techniques of building housing estates, jobs and renovation of historical monuments. Specific projects are being planned and initially drafted. They will concern professional restoration of selected architectural monuments.
During the work the cooperation with The Prince's Foundation For The Built Environment – His Royal Highness Prince Charles Foundation will be established. Experts from the British organization will provide professional support when choosing historical monuments. Their experience will be used throughout the whole process of renovation. They will help to plan the renovation process. They will participate in the work undertaken, coordinate it and watch over the whole process. Negotiations on the scope of work are being currently held between organizations.
The task of the Princes Lubomirski Foundation will be to conduct and finance the entire process. It will have two way character. It will include renovation of the architectural object by using modern methods and its adaptation to functions that it will serve in the 21st century. Construction of facilities will be equipped with modern systems of energy production and recovery of water so that the building interferes as little as possible in the natural surroundings. It should be at the same time integrated into the landscape of the area. And supplement it. It is to be a friendly place for residents, employees and visitors. The second process will be the rehabilitation of green areas around the building. It will include restoration and cultivation of green areas.
